How I interpreted it: You can switch between Turbo Mode and BIG MODE!
Knowing when to switch modes is key to surviving this race!

Backstory:

The mysterious evil wizard has transported all the food in the world into one single cave!

But it's already beginning to spoil!

Reach each cave at the end of each level before any of the other animals do, or you'll be locked out of THE LEGENDARY FOOD CAVE!
